I created Emily Kathryn Yoga using the principles and practices I’ve learned over the years that have helped in my own personal healing. I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in yoga psychology and trauma.
In our work together, we will utilize the tools of movement, breath, sound, and stillness with that goal in mind. This work is not a quick fix, and it can’t be done for you. I’ve devoted years of my life to training and teaching to prepare myself, and I would be honored to be your guide.
