Hi, I'm Emily!

I'm a Trauma-Trained Yoga Teacher and Coach, and I believe healing is a journey in accessing the strength you never knew you had and the joy you've always wanted.

Consistent  
connection with Self is key
to the change
you crave.

 

Trauma rewires our brains for protection rather than connection.  Not only does this compromise our relationships with others, it also deeply disturbs our relationship with Self.

 

 

Self is the true essence of who you are, a limitless source of love, compassion, and knowing.

Learning to reconnect with Self on a consistent basis transformed my healing journey and my life. 

 

So I have made it my mission to help women healing from trauma do the same.

Everything you need is already inside of you.

When healing from trauma, it takes a guide (or guides) to show you the way.  In our work together I will act as your guide initially, and eventually you will learn to guide yourself.

Safety Takes Center Stage

Meaning we practice in a safe environment, our movements are gentle & mindful, and participation is always voluntary.
